CASACOR

The Bungalow Refúgio was designed to be a space for reconnection and relaxation, where the simplicity of Nordic architecture blends with the cultural richness of Ceará. Adapting traditional elements to the tropical climate, the project values coexistence and leisure, while integrating sustainability and local design. Using the Light Steel Frame construction system, the bungalow promotes a clean and efficient construction, with local materials such as straw, ceramics and embroidery, extolling the regional culture. With a functional and welcoming layout, the space is divided between integrated living areas and an intimate mezzanine. The outdoor area offers a multifunctional deck, where nature connects harmoniously with the environment through sculptures and native plants, creating a refuge that celebrates the present, culture and the environment.
