As Cortinas das Janela

CASACOR MG
Thought of as a play, each window created by Mariana Spinola represents an act. The first act conveys a feeling of seclusion, imposed by social isolation. The second act brings the anxieties amplified by the temporal continuity of the previous moment. An example is the table Môvasse: it translates this sensation and offers interaction. The last window closes the scene with a positive message, of the encounter with oneself. Highlights include the arch mirror screens, the Pão de Queijo lighting table, the Ghost benches with glass backs, in addition to the Gabião with 7,500 incandescent bulbs.
