CASACOR Arena
CASACOR Espírito SantoReflections related to the CASACOR Manifesto, signed by Livia Pedreira, and the relationship between the individual, the built space and nature connect architect Angela Gomes and designer and illustrator Amanda Lobos with the theme As a Gift, the Now. The CASACOR Arena is a versatile and plural space, ideal for large gatherings, whether for work, training or leisure. Highlights include the ambiance with an open and flexible layout, the mural panel and the tapestries created especially for the exhibition by Amanda Lobos, an internationally award-winning artist; the balcony and modular bleachers, which are intended for later reuse, made of wood; cushions and planters made from leather waste and nautical ropes created by designer Jacqueline Chiabay; and contemporary works of art by young artists from Espírito Santo, such as Pablo Vieira, Viva Vilar and Luciano Feijão. Created by mother and daughter, Angela Gomes and Amanda Lobos, the space incorporates elements and objects that are part of the family's history and cultural repertoire, reflecting a common desire: to create a circular space that expands and connects a network of people. What kind of ancestor do we want to be? Certainly, solar beings and providers of all the colors of hope.
