“We thought the space should be an invitation to entertain in different ways, both in the lounge with a bar and at the gourmet island,” explains Marcelo. The central island guided the entire project. Built into its structure, a table offers two possible uses: as a support board for informal entertaining and as a conventional table when open. The cabinets were moved to the sides along with the appliances, highlighting the ceramic-covered wall. Positioned behind the sofa is a painting by artist Deise Pucci.
