Universal design inspires the 67 m² loft, in which architect Maycon Fogliene and architects Thamires Mendes and Audrey Carolini, partners at ARQTAB, propose a reflection on the democratization of the use of spaces. The idea is that different types of bodies have autonomy to move between the backyard, kitchen, dining and living rooms, bedroom, home office and bathroom, designed with accessibility solutions. The finishing touches feature elements that recall the aesthetics of São Paulo townhouses from the 1980s to create a sense of belonging and awaken affective memories in visitors.
