The project brings greenery into the space, creating an environment that combines a cafeteria with a greenhouse. This is how the concept of a contemporary biophilic environment was born. The cafeteria is the transition from the outdoor area, where lush greenery follows the entire path, to the interior of the building. The original architecture is strongly valued, with attention being drawn to the details of the structural bricks on the walls, the hydraulic tile floor and the columns that flank the vaulted ceiling.
